Description:
The trainee programmes aim to recruit young talents to Schibsted, who over the course of 3 to 5 years will be qualified to assume a key position in a Schibsted company.
As a trainee you will be assigned a mentor who will follow you throughout the two years of the trainee programme. All the mentors are top managers and key figures in the Schibsted group. The mentor should act as a guide to you as a trainee, someone who can support you and give you advice throughout the trainee period.
